Col Oils Base ~ 4 Ounce

Col Oils Base is a specially formulated mixture created by Jessica Collier for use with Winton Oils in the production of heat-set paint for Reborn doll making. This base offers artists the flexibility to mix their own colors and create a creamy, “ready-to-use” paint that can be adjusted by thinning or used directly from the mixture. By following the recommended ratio of 1 part Winton Oil Color to 3 parts Col Oils Base, artists can achieve consistent results in color mixing.
